Welcome to Associates in Eyecare. We are a general/comprehensive Ophthalmology practice. This means we take care of all types of eye diseases. We see patients 8 years old and older. We do routine exams, glasses and contact lens exams and medical eye exams. We perform surgery for all problems in the front of the eye such as LASIK, PRK, cataract surgery and glaucoma surgery. Rebecca Brock, M.D. has family roots in Colorado dating back 100 years. She graduated from Fairview High School in Boulder and received her B.A. from the University of Colorado in 1982. She then went to the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
Matthew M. Kruger, M.D. is a board certified, fellowship trained specialist in cataract surgery, cornea and laser vision correction. Dr. Kruger has extensive experience in cataract surgery, refractive surgery including LASIK and PRK, corneal transplantation and partial corneal transplantation techniques such as DSAEK, DMEK and DALK.
Anthony F. Kokx, M.D. is a board certified surgeon experienced with cutting edge cataract surgery including light adjustable lenses, toric and multifocal lens placement as well as Iris reconstruction, refractive surgery (LASIK & PRK), and complex cataract cases.

Cornea cross-linking is able to completely arrest the progression of the keratoconus 95% of the time with 1 treatment and 99% with two treatments if needed. The risk of complications is about 1%. Overall the procedure is fairly painless with the appropriate pain management regimen.
